Abstract
Bleeding from hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) invading the gastrointest inal tract is very uncommon. We report the case of a 61 year old man w ho had a large bleed from HCC invading the fundus of the stomach. Diag nosis was eventually made at laparotomy and he is still alive 7 months after local resection.
