Abstract
A method of closing the radial forearm free flap donor site defect wit h a defatted, full-thickness skin graft is described. Its advantages o f improved patient mobilization, protection of tendons, and cosmesis a re discussed with reference to 16 consecutive patients treated over a period of 1 year.
