Abstract
Strong correlations between trapped electron and hole positions in amo rphous semiconductors under light pumping are investigated. Computer s imulation shows that the correlation radius strongly increases when pu mping decreases. Electron (hole) density fluctuations (and, hence, the refractive index fluctuations) for the volume of an arbitrary size/ha ve a universal spectrum F(l)(omega) = alpha(l)/omega, where alpha(l) a pproximately l-3/2.
