Abstract
Strongyloidiasis in immunocompromized patients is typically associated with a fulminant clinical course and little eosinophilia. We describe an immunocompromized patient with strongyloidiasis in whom the infect ion was only minimally symptomatic in association with a dramatic incr ease in eosinophil count.
