Abstract
The Dirac Coulomb Green function in the representation of the annihila tion and creation operators is established and on the basis of the app lication of this new operator representation an algebraic method of ca lculation of atomic characteristics is briefly discussed. The relativi stic polarizability of hydrogen-like atoms is calculated and its simpl e analytical formula is obtained.
