Abstract
Tuberculosis involving the appendicular skeleton is uncommon. This rep ort describes a case of clavicular tuberculosis in a 49-year-old man, only the third such case reported in the U.S. Conservative medical the rapy generally results in cure. Surgical resection or debridement of t he clavicle may be reserved for recurrent or complicated disease.
