Abstract
From the aerial parts of S. leucantha the rearranged neo-clerodane dit erpenoid salvilencantholide was isolated. Its structure 1 was establis hed by spectral means, chemical transformation and X-ray diffraction a nalysis. The salvigenane diterpenoid 4 and salvifaricin were also isol ated from this source.
