Abstract
We report a rare cavernous hemangioma that involved the posterior tibi al nerve in a 47-year-old woman; this hemangioma demonstrated unusual epineural, perineural, and endoneural tumoral involvement. We describe the potential histogenesis, specific therapy recommendations, and imp ortant associated morbidity of this histologically benign lesion.
