Abstract
TiAl can undergo severe corrosion, called cathodic corrosion, when cat hodically charged with hydrogen in aqueous solutions or molten salt at 160-degrees-C. The mechanism of this phenomenon is experimentally dis cussed, arid the results are analysed.
