Superconductor-ferroelectric-superconductor (SFS) structures were prod
uced by magnetron sputtering of ceramic YBa2Cu3O7-delta and BaxSr1-xTi
O3 targets. Raman spectroscopy was effectively used for characterizati
on of superconducting and ferroelectric films in layered structures. E
lectrical characteristics, such as the temperature dependence of resis
tance, current-voltage and capacitance-voltage characteristics were me
asured. The possibility of applying SFS structures as cryoelectronic c
apacitors with voltage control is demonstrated.
