Abstract
An analytic expression for the magnetoresistance of a symmetric granul ar array is derived from a semiclassical transport equation, and the s olution is applied to a simple cubic structured system. The influence of granular size, packing density, conductivity, electron mean free pa th, and interfacial resistance on magnetoresistance in granular system s is discussed in detail.
