Abstract
We consider the truncation error of the cardinal sampling expansion of stationary bandlimited processes. We show that the rate of convergenc e does not exceed 1/N-2 This corrects a recent result [7] where a cons iderably faster rate of O((In-2 N)/N-2q) for every positive integer q was presented.
