Abstract
Peptidase activities against Ala3, Ala4 and Phe3 were increased (P < 0 .05) by salinomycin, whereas activities against Ala5 and Phe4 were unc hanged and that against Gly-Arg-MNA was decreased (P < 0.05). In the p resence of salinomycin, the main products of peptide hydrolysis were s ingle amino acids, whereas dipeptides were formed in samples from cont rol vessels.
