M. Bruschi et al., THE 2-BODY FINAL-STATE FROM (N)OVER-BAR-N ANNIHILATION IN GASEOUS-HYDROGEN AND THE S P WAVE PROBLEM/, Physics of atomic nuclei, 57(9), 1994, pp. 1619-1623
Some consequences of the S/P wave problem after the rst measurements o
f the branching ratios of two-meson final states in gaseous hydrogen a
t various pressures (2 mbar, 5 mbar, 1 atm) performed using the OBELIX
apparatus are discussed. In particular, the ppBAR --> pi0pi0 branchin
g ratio at 1 atm allows for the determination of the P-wave percentage
at that pressure in a way independent from previous methods.
