Abstract
A 1-year-old boy had acute gastric outlet obstruction, the cause of wh ich was a prepyloric submucosal mass. The mass and the ulcerated overl ying mucosa were excised. The histological diagnosis was leiomyoblasto ma with parenchymatous hemorrhage. Apparently, he is the youngest pati ent reported to have this disease. Copyright (C) 1994 by W.B. Saunders Company
