Abstract
Turf toe injuries have been found to have significant short term and p otential long term morbidity. These injuries can result in significant functional disability. This article reviews the anatomy and biomechan ics, causative factors, mechanism of injury, evaluation, and treatment options for this increasingly recognized injury.
