Abstract
In the present paper a review of the instrumental techniques used for the analysis of alkaloids in legume seeds, feedstuffs and plants is pr esented. The analysis is performed by chromatographic techniques. Main ly Thin Layer Chromatography (TLC), Gas Chromatography (GC) and High P erformance Liguid Chromatography (HPLC) are applied.
