Abstract
With the use of laparoscopic cholecystectomy, increasing numbers of ga llstones are being left in the peritoneal cavity. To our knowledge, th e rarely cause complications. We present two cases with stone spillage after laparoscopic cholecystectomy, with a different outcome.
