Abstract
Vesiculobullous lesions of esophagus in patients post bone marrow tran splantation may occur due to infectious agents or acute graft-versus-h ost disease (GVHD), We report the case of a patient who developed a la rge bulla in the esophagus as a result of chronic GVHD. Potential etio logies, diagnosis and management of bullous esophagitis are reviewed.
