The influence of essential phospholipids (EPL) on selected lipid param
eters in rats chronically exposed to ammonium fluoride vapours was stu
died. The content of total lipids, cholesterol, and triglycerides in s
erum, and the content of cholesterol and triglycerides in liver homoge
nate were measured. An advantageous influence of EPL on disorders in l
ipid metabolism due to ammonium fluoride was found.
