Abstract
The aim of this study was to evaluate the systematic use of three appr oaches for ultrasound exploration of developmental dysplasia of the hi p (DDH) in 208 children. Graf's procedure was found to be the best and most reliable method. When coupled with the Harcke and Suzuki techniq ues, the diagnosis of DDH cannot be missed.
