Abstract
To our knowledge we report the first case of primary adenocarcinoma of the penis. After extensive evaluation to rule out metastatic disease from other sources, partial penectomy for primary adenocarcinoma of th e penis was performed. Select histological stains of the tumor failed to reveal an extra penile origin.
