Abstract
We present a comprehensive study of pair production and decay of stops , sbottoms, and staus in e(+)e(-) annihilation at LEP2. We give numeri cal predictions within the Minimal Supersymmetric Standard Model for c ross sections and decay rates, and discuss the important signatures. I n the case of stau production we also study the polarization of the ta u in the decays <(tau)over tilde>(1) --> tau <(chi)over tilde>(0)(1),2 .
