A variation in the hysteresis voltage proportional to the threshold of
an integrated discriminator of a pulse amplitude results in it having
a higher noise immunity. The discriminator threshold voltage varies b
etween 20 mV and 5.1 V with an increment of 20 mV. The output signal s
ettles in less than 50 nsec. The threshold-voltage temperature drift i
s 50 muV/degrees-C.
