Abstract
We report our experience with laparoscopic surgical treatment of galls tone ileus, along with cholecystectomy and repair of a cholecystoduode nal fistula. The technique and advantages are discussed. To our knowle dge, this is the first such case done laparoscopically to be reported in the world literature.
