Abstract
We study the effect of superconducting fluctuations on the spin suscep tibility chi(s) and NMR relaxation rate 1/T1 just above T(c) for arbit rary impurity concentrations. Fluctuations are found to reduce chi(s) below the Pauli susceptibility. 1/T1T is enhanced above the Korringa v alue for weak pair breaking, but suppressed when the pair breaking is large.
