Abstract
The paper describes new designs and lists the parameters of thermal an emometer sensors made from Si-Ge, Te, GaAs, and GaAsP whiskers. They c an be used to measure the gas-flow velocity in a narrow (0-2 m/sec) or a wide (up to 15 m/sec) range. The sensors can be resistive or thermo electric, or use both effects.
