Abstract
Rubbing into the skin (with a brush) of an ointment containing various (including too high) doses of pilastin resulted in a focal (transient ) purulent inflammation, with the drug antigen detectable for a week i n rabbits after multiple use and antibodies to it detected starting fr om the seventh up to the 45th day.
