Abstract
A well-defined, bilocular radiolucency was found in the angle of the l ower left mandibular ramus. The patient was asymptomatic. Serial cross -sectional tomography of the lesion revealed a lingual concavity in th e mandibular cortical bone. A diagnosis of atypical Stafne's bone cavi ty was made.
