Abstract
Although tropical deep fungal infections are uncommonly identified in North America, these disorders are a diagnostic and therapeutic challe nge to the clinician. Presented in this article is information on the management of patients suffering from mycetoma, chromomycosis, African histoplasmosis, or keloidal blastomycosis.
