ELECTRIC TRANSPORT PHENOMENA, SPECIFIC TO THE COMPLEX, MXHGI4- TYPE COMBINATIONS .4.

The electric conductivity, function of temperature, was measured for t he MxHgI4 (M(n+) = Ag+, Cu+, Tl+, Pb2+, Cd2+), in order to characteriz e some inorganic combinations having semiconductor properties. The res pective substances powders were subjected to pressure (20 MPa) to get tableted samples to which various types of electrodes were welded. Var ious values of electric conductivity were got, function of the pressur e applied. For the high temperature steps, the electric conductivity g rows linearly with the temperature.
