Abstract
The consideration herein will concern the settling centrifuges having an interior suspension flow. The settling matters, i.e. critical diame ter, flow-rates settling rate, routes etc., will be solved in the thin layer phase circulation variant. Using initially a drum of no matter what shape, the general equations are deduced, and then they are adapt ed to particular distinct geometrical drum shapes (i.e. cylindrical, c onical etc.), and thus they will supply specific calculation relations hip, comparable to those in the literature.
