Abstract
Pseudoxanthoma elasticum frequently has cardiovascular involvement. We describe a 29-year-old woman with pseudoxanthoma elasticum and accele rated coronary artery disease who was found to have a highly elevated lipoprotein(a). This unique combination is, most likely, responsible f or the clinical presentation of our case.
