Pseudoxanthoma elasticum frequently has cardiovascular involvement. We
describe a 29-year-old woman with pseudoxanthoma elasticum and accele
rated coronary artery disease who was found to have a highly elevated
lipoprotein(a). This unique combination is, most likely, responsible f
or the clinical presentation of our case.
