Eh. Voogt et al., QUANTITATIVE-ANALYSIS OF PALLADIUM OXIDE BY MEANS OF THE PALLADIUM M(4,5)N(1)N(2,3) TRANSITION, Surface and interface analysis, 25(2), 1997, pp. 132-134
The palladium M(4,5)N(1)N(2,3) transition, which is almost absent in p
alladium metal, becomes quite intense in palladium oxide. The intensit
y of the transition is linearly proportional to the amount of palladiu
m oxide. This means that AES can be used for quantitative analysis of
palladium oxide layers or supported palladium oxide particles. (C) 199
