Abstract
In P.A. Kuprianov clinic of cardio-vascular surgery 156 patients with ischemic heart disease were operated because of angina pectoris of hig h functional class. Aorto-coronary bypass was performed in all patient s. Twenty eight patients with coronary artery stenoses of different se verety were evaluated after surgery for presence of myocardial contrac tility disturbances and electric instability. Integral index based on data of clinical and functional methods of investigation was suggested for assessment of the state of cardiovascular system and estimation o f the severety of patients condition. Direct correlation was found bet ween degree of coronary artery involvement and index (total ball) of s everety of the disease.
