Abstract
We report on an infant with the typical features of the campomelic syn drome. The mother became pregnant following in-vitro fertilization. Th e chromosomally male patient had anomalies of the external genitals. B ased on the literature we discuss the unusual association of skeletal anomalies, respiratory distress and disturbances of the sexual differe ntiation in campomelic syndrome.
