Abstract
The fast component of photoinduced second-order nonlinear susceptibili ty in glass doped by CdS(x)Se1-x semiconductor microcrystallite is fou nd. The experimental results on the methodics proposed with counter-pr opagating recording and read-out pulses confirm the photogalvanic natu re of the effect.
