Abstract
The results of optically detected cyclotron resonance and photolumines cence kinetics of CdTe/CdMnTe multi-quantum-well structures are presen ted. These experiments indicate that for nominally undoped wide quantu m wells ionized shallow donor impurities limit carrier mobilities at l ow temperature. (C) 1994 American Institute of Physics.
