The perturbation theory method was used for the calculation of atomic
energy levels of autoionization states for Be-like ions. Correlation,
relativistic and radiative effects are taken into account. The resulti
ng theoretical wavelengths (1s2s(2)2p-1s(2)2s2, 1s2s2p2-1s(2)2s2p, 1s2
p3-1s(2)2p2) are compared with available experimental data along the i
soelectronic sequence to identify irregularities in the experimental d
ata and to predict wavelengths of ions whose values are unknown or unc
ertain.
