Abstract
Biological activation of water was produced by a field of high undercl amp voltage without a contact of the solution with the electrodes. The water activity depended on polarity of the electrode placed above the surface. If it was the anode, the energy of seed germination increase d and the subsequent development improved as compared to the controls and the magnetic processing. It the catode was above, the bactericide action on the water and the seeds was observed.
