Abstract
Since the publication of the seminal paper by Capgras and Reboul-Lacha ux more than a dozen varieties of delusional misidentification have be en reported in the psychiatric and neurological literature. Although s ubjected to increasingly sophisticated scrutiny, continuing confusion and disagreement over terminology, delineation of phenomenology and no sology hamper the systematic study of these phenomena.
