Abstract
In this paper, we shah provide explicit error bounds for the derivativ es of cubic and quintic Lidstone-spline interpolates in L(infinity) no rm. These results are used to acquire precise error bounds for the der ivatives of approximated quintic as well as bicubic and biquintic Lids tone-spline interpolates. Sufficient numerical illustration which dwel ls upon the sharpness and importance to boundary value problems and in tegral equations of the obtained results is also included.
