Abstract
Five dithiocarbamates (DTC) (butyl-, diethyl-, dimethyl-, octyl- and p yrrolidine-l-dithiocarbamates) are simultaneously determined by capill ary electrophoresis (CE) with diode array detection. Three DTCs were c ompletely separated by CE, but two (butyl- and diethyl-DTC) gave overl apping peaks which could be resolved by heuristic evolving latent proj ections. All compounds gave linear calibration graphs up to 50 mu g ml (-1), with 3 sigma detection limits in the 0.1-1 mu g ml(-1) range.
