Abstract
This paper deals with the catafusenes rooted at a polygon core called CRP systems, in which the maximum degree of vertices of any CRP system is equal to three. The enumeration problem of a special type of CRP s ystem has been solved previously by the same authors (Chem. Phys. Lett ., 190 (1992) 104). In the present paper, we consider the general case . The enumeration problem of CRP systems is solved by dividing CRP sys tems into subclasses and solving the enumeration problems of the subcl asses.
