Abstract
By means of disc electrophoresis in vertical polyacrylamide gel slabs, enzymes of Larix sukaczewii Dyl. were analyzed. Eleven enzymes of meg agametophytes and embryos of seeds collected from 200 trees in natural populations of the species in the southern Urals were studied. Ninete en allozyme loci were available for analysis; four of them proved poly morphic (Lap-2, Aat-1, Mdh-3, Aph-2), five were low-polymorphic (Aat-2 , Aat-3, Mdh-2, Skdh-1, Dia-1) and 10 were monomorphic (Lap-1, Aph-1, Mdh-1, Dia-2, G-6-Pdh-1, Sod-1, Sod-2, 6-Pdg-1, Gdh-1, Fdh-1). Allele segregation confirms Mendelian monogenic inheritance of the revealed a llozyme variants.
