CHOLEDOCHOCELE - REPORT OF ONE CASE

We report a 29 years old man with a choledochocele or type III choledo chal cyst, an extremely rare condition. This was found during a cholec ystectomy using a transcystic intra operative cholangiogram. A transdu odenal sphincteroplasty was performed. The cyst diameter was 1.5 cm ap proximately and two 1-2 mm stones were extracted from its lumen. The c hemical composition of these was different from those located in the g allbladder. The postoperative period was uneventful and the patient re mains asymptomatic.
