Abstract
The chromosomal location of the intercellular adhesion molecule 3 (ICA M3) gene, coding for a lymphocyte function-associated antigen (LFA)-1 counterreceptor and selectively expressed by human leukocytes, was ana lyzed by in situ hybridization with the cDNA coding sequence as a prob e. This sequence mapped to the p13.2-p13.3 region of chromosome 19, cl ose to the ICAM1 gene chromosomal location. (C) 1994 Academic Press, I nc.
