Abstract
The authors present a patient with neurofibromatosis type 1 associated with cervical kyphosis, a cervical vertebral arterial fistula, and co ntralateral vertebral arterial occlusion. The fistula was successfully treated with detachable balloons. (C) 1997 by Elsevier Science Inc.
