Abstract
Cryptocephalus loebli sp. n. is described from Turkey. It belongs to t he subgenus Homalopus Chevrolat and is closely I-elated to C. informis Suffrian, from which it differs by the shape of the aedeagus and in f emale by the pronotum more extensively yellowish.
