Abstract
Seven cases of inflammatory aneurysm of the abdominal aorta were revie wed. The authors discuss the different diagnostic modalities (ESR, CT- scan, IVU) and some peroperative technical details in the surgical app roach to this pathology in order to lessen blood loss and prevent aort o-enteric fistulous complications.
